Have you ever despaired of being able to love yourself again? The surprise is that you are not alone because lack of self-love is a familiar feeling, but no one admits this feeling, and no one knows how to regain love. That’s why this blog is for so many people.

Do you know the effect of self-hatred on you?

The hostile inner critic can be extremely damaging, as it often leads to a loss of inner security and stability. This negative inner voice can make one feel that they deserve all the bad and negative in life, putting them in a vicious circle of inner negativity that justifies their self-hatred and leads to continuous failures. It causes one to consider failure as the only option, preventing them from trying to improve their lives or skills, and instilling a distrust of others while assuming the worst. The hostile inner critic’s control inhibits one’s ability to enjoy the good and enjoyable things in life, as they constantly fear that everything will come to an end. Ultimately, this inner critic works against one’s best interests, making it crucial to overcome its detrimental influence.

so how to get rid of that feeling?

  • Don’t let your inner voice tear you apart, but let your alert conscience fix you.
  • Deal with life logically and impartially without miserable depreciation for yourself or impossible expectations and dreams.
  • Take care of your health, appearance, and culture, and stay away from negative people.
  • Learn how to know your flaws and negatives as you see them reduce them, and feel inner satisfaction about yourself.
  • Spend some time alone to get to know yourself and restore your self-confidence.
  • Forgive yourself for your past mistakes to find the motivation to move forward in the future, the past is over.
  • Learn to say no to others if your desire to please them is your interest or physical and psychological comfort.
  • Remember your previous achievements, no matter how small, to incentivize your new accomplishments.
  • Be grateful for the blessing you have that distinguishes you from others.
  • Stop comparing yourself to others. Compare yourself today with what you want to be in the future.
  • Set challenging but achievable ambitions that suit your abilities learn from failure, and don’t be afraid of it.
  • Do what you love to build your life and let the desire for success support you.
  • Learn to stand up for yourself and show your efforts instead of apologizing for the mistakes of others.
  • Make sure your beliefs are accurate when you are young and re-form new ones based on awareness and truth.
  • Be human and merciful with your abilities, be patient with yourself and your dreams, and make an effort without impossible expectations.

In the end, There is no perfect human being who does not have flaws or does not make mistakes; there is no human being who has all the talents, and there is no one without skills. But what matters is that there is someone who loves themselves, knows their strengths, continues to develop and show them, and learns from mistakes while working to reduce shortcomings to live a happy and successful life. Ultimately, it’s important to break free from self-hatred, be genuine, and love oneself sincerely, because everyone deserves love, appreciation, trust, and self-acceptance. This self-awareness helps in understanding the truth about oneself and the ability to offer something special to the world
