We are all exposed to harm during our life just as we are harmed by facing tough things in which we do not have a decision, such as incurable disease, death, fate, or being attacked, deceived, cheated, or any physical, psychological or human abuse by another person, We are all victims of the difficult times that we may live in.

We must admit to ourselves the helplessness and weakness that accompanies these painful experiences. Because these events are outside of our will and our decisions, then over time, we overcome these feelings, and life returns to normal.

While the average person realizes who we are, Our life takes many challenges and difficulties that we try to overcome,

We may face bad things due to some wrong choices or decisions that we made, and we have many thoughts to evaluate these choices, and we bear our responsibility towards them, and we work hard not to repeat these decisions or actions.

Therefore, the successful person does not burden his mind by thinking about who deserves and who does not deserve what happens to him. Instead, he creates opportunities and challenges the difficulties.

But a person who acts as the victim sits crying for himself and his life, blaming the whole world except himself. He refuses to bear the responsibility for his happiness or misery and innervate that leads believes in his heart that his life is out of his control.

He thought if he were found in another place, it would have been another person, or his life would have been better.

What happens to you if you act as the victim:

1. Allow others to convince you of your inability to face life.

2. Lose yourself and always stay in the air.

3. Your belief in being a victim makes you blame everything outside of yourself, such as past people, relationships, and surrounding circumstances.

4. It Makes you not reform yourself, criticize it, or develop yourself because you always accuse others or blame them for anything that happens to you in your life.

5. Makes you lose your focus on yourself and focus on the other only.

6. It makes you cling to the past.

7. It makes you reduce yourself’s capabilities and keep hoping with the inability to fulfill your wishes.

8. will keep you confined to other people’s decisions and feelings.

9 . Lose your compass and the direction of your life.

10.  The failure to move beyond the past and return to it after every setback or fall.

How to get rid of the victim acting.

  • Honestly, find out who you are and what you are Confronting.
  • Realize that yourself and your actions led you to where you are now.
